I prospect potential tenants using cutting-edge industry tools, pinpointing interested parties and promoting our clients’ listings through our professional network, both online and through word of mouth.

When representing your property, I compile a comprehensive market analysis of competing vacancies, business surpluses, notable local players, and target tenants that would find your space and the surrounding tenants mutually beneficial. This helps us draft a targeted list of businesses that have a high probability of success within your specific industry.

After gathering this market research, I hit the phones, email, and mailboxes of tenants that would benefit from your available property. An extensive database of investors, business owners, developers, and commercial brokers is at our disposal as we promote your development through E-blasts and direct marketing initiatives.  Did I mention I have the entire International NAI brand backing me and spreading the word?

Pre Real Estate I owned and operated a marketing firm serving the entire Eastern United States.  I bring this background to each of my clients and offer stand out marketing via social media campaigns, video presentations, print media campaigns, and more.  I then utilize this powerful imagery through our local network of brokers, an array of property marketing websites, and of course our National and International NAI affiliated database.

Not only do I offer my graphic design background as part of every partnership, I also have an entire design and marketing team backing me through NAI Beverly-Hanks.  We will work together to find the best combination of print marketing to complement our targeted digital efforts.  If I can’t do it in house then I will work as a team with whatever resources are the best fit for the specific project.
